Welcome summer

We are glad you're here.

We have actually had more than one sunny day in a row before getting rained on this week so we are thinking summer has officially arrived.
We celebrated today with a picnic dinner at the park. A quick stop at the Wendy's drive-thru and we were good to go.(Hudson wanted Subway so of course we didn't get off without a hitch, but then we seldom do)
I sat while they played. Would have been perfect had I remembered my book.

Then the ice cream truck came by. They all found a spot to enjoy their treat.



Tag's started melting quickly but he got creative on how to avoid the drips.
